How do Iget my First Time Order Discount Code?
It could not be easier to claim your first time custometr discount code.
Simply subscribe to our newsletter and a welcome email with your code will be sent to you.
- Please note, the $20 discount is only valid on full-priced items only.
- It cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Usage is limited to once per customer and is valid on first orders only.
- Discount valid for 30 days from the date of registered
subscription.
How does the BUY 3 - ONLY PAY FOR 2 promotion work?
Buy any 3 Full Priced pieces and get the 3rd piece FREE.
Discount Applied Automatically At Checkout on the lowest priced piece.
Not valid on sale items or in conjuction with other promotional discounts.
If the discount is not automatically applied at checkout - it implies that one or more of the items added to your cart are on sale and thus not valid for the promotion.
I have a promotional discount. How do I use it?
Promotional discounts can be redeemed by simply entering the code in the 'Discount code or gift card' block at the checkout and click 'Apply'.
Why is my promotional discountcode not working?
If you received a promo code from b.FOUND and it's not working, make sure you double-check the terms and conditions at the bottom of the email. Each promotion has its own unique T&Cs and it's possible the code may be expired or is not valid on the items you're trying to purchase.
Can I use more than one promotional discount on my order?
Discount codes cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotional offer and are only available on full-price items. Each promotion is unique, please read the terms and conditions at the bottom of the email for further information.
I can't find my discount code.
Your discount code will be sent to your email. Please check your inbox, including your spam and promotions folders, linked to your b.FOUND account. If you’re still unable to locate it, feel free to contact us via email for further assistance.
Can I return my order if I useda promotional discount?
Yes, all full-price items purchased with a promo code can be returned or exchanged. Please note, if you return your purchase for a refund the promo code will not be reissued.
Review Discount Offer
We value your feedback! After your items have arrived you may receive an invite to review your purchase.
As a thank you for your review you may receive a AUD$10 review voucher.
To qualify for this, you must leave a review via the link 'Review Now' in this email within 20 days of the send date of the email. If you do not leave your review within this time, the offer will not be extended.
Reviews are only valid on items you have purchased from us. The AUD$10 review voucher will be sent to you via email once your review has been accepted. A maximum of one AUD$10 voucher can be claimed. It will be available to redeem on a full price purchase with a minimum spend of AUD$100.

How will I see the sale prices during sale?
How you will view the sale prices will depend on the structure of the sale we are offering. Different types of sales ie. site wide, percentage discount promotions or category sales may use different methods to display sale prices.
We endeavour to ensure that all promotions and sale prices are clearly displayed and communicated at all time.
However, if you are unsure about any promotion or sale price, please feel free to contact us via email.
Where will sale prices will bedisplayed?
At Checkout:
Prices may appear once the desired item/s are added to the checkout, on the product page or you may need to enter a code to receive the discount.
On the product page:
Prices will be immediately visible when viewing a product that is available in the current promotion or sale.
Promotional codes:
In some cases, you will have a promotion code that is offered for a limited time, these codes can be manually entered by you at checkout. Once applied, the discounted price will be displayed in the checkout. Please check the T&C's of your promotional code as it may not be able to be used in conjunction with our sales.
STORE CREDIT
I forgot to apply my storecredit, gift card or promotional discount. What now?
All promotional discounts, store credits and gift cards need to be manually entered at checkout.
If the code has been missed or you think it has not applied, please reach out to Customer Care for assistance and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
I can't find my store credit
To find your store credit, log in to your customer account on b.FOUND and look for the credit balance displayed on your account page, If you don't see it, check at the checkout page or contact our Customer Care for assistance.
How do I use my store credit?
To use your store credit, first log in to your account on our website or use Shop Pay to access your profile and available credit balance. At checkout, after logging in, you will see your available store credit, which can be selected to pay for the order. The store credit amount will be applied to the total, and if insufficient, you can pay the remaining balance with another payment method.

What forms of payment can I use?
At b.FOUND, we accept payment in
the forms of VISA, Mastercard, Paypal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay,
UnionPay and Afterpay.
Do you offer Lay-by?
Unfortunately we don't offer
layby, however offer an alternative Buy Now Pay Later services via Afterpay. If
eligible, you can also use PayPal Pay in 4 when checking out with PayPal.
Is it safe to use my creditcard?
Absolutely! We understand that
your personal information is yours and not to be shared. We use globally
accepted practices and devices to protect your personal data and credit card
information.
How do I use PayPal Pay-in-4with my purchase?
To use PayPal to finalise your
purchase, add your item(s) to cart, and proceed to checkout.
At the checkout, select PayPal
as the payment option. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to finalise
your payment. If eligible, select Pay-in-4. Once your payment has been
completed, you will directed back to our website where your purchase will be
confirmed.
You must be signed up and
approved via PayPal.
How does Afterpay work?
When you use Afterpay, you pay
for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest.
To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the
available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time
of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted
from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.
How do I set up an Afterpayaccount?
Step one:
Add your items to your shopping cart.
Step two:
Select Afterpay as your payment method at the checkout.
Step three:
You’ll be redirected to Afterpay to login or create your account.
Step four:
Your payment schedule will be displayed.
Step five:
Track your payments, check available spend limits, and make early payments in
the Afterpay app.
To set up an Afterpay account you’ll
need to:
- Live
in Australia or New Zealand - Be
over 18 years of age - Have
an Australian/New Zealand debit or credit card - Have a
valid and verifiable email address and mobile number - Have a

What happens if I require arefund and paid using Afterpay?
Items purchased with Afterpay
can be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to’s Returns Policy. Returns
or refunds will be processed and Afterpay will be advised. Your payment plan
will then be adjusted to reflect the new total order value. If you have already
made a payment, this will be refunded to you via Afterpay.
Are there any fees for usingAfterpay?
Afterpay caps late fees to help keep costs manageable for customers who miss a payment. Late fees will never exceed 25% of the order total or $68 per order, whichever is lower.
How this works:
- For orders under $40: A one-time late fee of up to 25% of the order total applies
- For orders of $40 or more: A $10 late fee is charged when a payment is missed. If the outstanding amount remains unpaid after seven days, an additional $7 late fee applies . This is the same for all late payments until the 25% cap or $68 amount is reached. To remain within the cap, we may charge partial amounts of the $10 and $7 fees.
- You can check your General Terms for other late fees caps that may apply.
- Afterpay is committed to doing everything they can to help you not miss a payment, including sending you payment reminders and offering options to reschedule upcoming payment dates.
- Afterpay is designed to be completely different to traditional credit products that charge interest, so that customers are never in a situation of high compounding interest and revolving debt.

I'm having issues checking out
If you’re receiving an error message when attempting to purchase please follow the steps below.
We suggest removing the items from your cart, logging out of your account, refreshing your browser, logging back into your account and re-adding the items to your cart.
If you still have no luck, there are two common reasons you may see an error message at checkout:
- The address you have listed in your profile doesn't match your card's billing address.
- We've sold out of an item you're trying to purchase (our site won't accept a payment for aproduct we don't have).

How to check your billing address at checkout
You can check your billing address is correct by clicking the checkbox, 'Use shipping address as billing address' under 'Payment' details.
Still experiencing difficultiesat checkout?
If your billing information is correct and you are still experiencing difficulties, try emptying your cart and re-adding the items you wish to purchase. If you're unable to re-add them, they have unfortunately sold out, otherwise please contact us.
Are the items in my cart reserved?
Unfortunately, adding items to your cart does not reserve the stock. Your items will only be secured once you have completed checkout.
We have a Wishlist function which you can use to keep track of all our favourite items on our website.However, adding items to your wish also does not reserve the stock
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
As part of the shopping experience with us, we aim to process, pack and despatch your order within 2 business days of the order being placed.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Australian orders will be sent via Australia Post and will be delivered in 1 - 7 business days*.
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post International Tracked Shipping service and will be delivered in 7 - 21 business days*.
*Above time frames are estimations and some variances in delivery times may occur.

When will I receive my order?
Australian Metropolitan Areas: Orders are typically delivered within 4 business days following dispatch.
Rural Locations, Northern Territory, Western Australia or Tasmania: Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
New Zealand Orders: Delivery can take up to 14 business days.
Other Countries: Please allow for up to 21 business days.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we offer Express Shipping for all of our Australian Customers. Simply select the Express shipping option at the checkout and your order will be processed as a priority. Express shipping delivery times are approximately 1 - 3 business days.
