Shipping & Delivery
b.FOUND is an Australian based company and currently only ships within Australia.
Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address.
b.FOUND uses Australia Post for all deliveries to online customers.
Subject to stock availability, we aim to have your order dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of your order.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation. You will also receive a tracking number and link from our courier to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.
b.FOUND strives to ensure the timely delivery of your order. However, unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to service provider / courier delays, logistical problems or bad weather, may cause delays. Should these circumstances arise, b.FOUND will ensure its best efforts to assist you from a customer service perspective to get your order to you, however, we cannot be held liable for such delays.
Please provide extra delivery time over public and / or religious holidays.
b.FOUND will not accept requests for cancelled orders or refund due to courier delays that are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Free shipping for all orders over $100AUD
Flat rate $10AUD for orders under $100AUD
Express Shipping $15AUD
Shipping within Australia is free for orders over $100AUD. For orders under $100AUD, a flat rate of $10AUD per order will apply. This charge is inclusive of GST and will be added to the purchase price at check-out. In addition, an Express shipping service is available for orders within Australia for $15AUD. These orders will be sent with Australian Post's Service.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the order contained faulty items. For more information, please see our Returns policy.
In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available, or we are unable to fulfil your order, we aim to notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Authority to Leave
If your home or business is unattended, the Couriers will leave a card to notify you that they have attempted to deliver your parcel. We recommend having your orders delivered to an address where someone will be present, but if that's not possible, you have the option of selecting the ‘Authority to Leave’ via the AusPost App. Please note that by choosing this option, you will be assuming the risk and responsibility of having your items left unattended. B.FOUND will not be held responsible for any packages that may go missing when left unattended upon delivery.
Click & Collect
Currently b.FOUND does not offer a click-and-collect option.
Changing order or delivery details / Incorrect details provided
Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct. B.FOUND will not be held responsible for packages incorrectly delivered / which go missing due to incorrect address details supplied by the client upon checkout.
Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double-checking your email address and delivery address. If you need to amend your order you, please contact hello@bfound.com.au as soon as possible.
